Odds are even though you may have had the best of intentions off and on throughout this year, your New Year’s resolution is going to include, “It’s time to get skinny!” In fact losing weight tops the charts, particularly after the holidays.
Don’t “Weight” Get Skinny Now
The ideal time to start your journey toward a leaner, trim body is now. Every day you put it off just means something else has gone into your mouth adding to those extra pounds. From mouth to stomach to thighs, a never-ending cycle. But, changing your eating habits is not difficult. It is your resolution to start that needs motivation.
There are numerous programs that suggest if you eat their meals you are on your way to getting skinny (or thinner if you prefer that word instead).
Skinny is not just a look, but a way of thinking about food. The problem comes when you have no backup plan in place. You may believe you can and will follow those promised programs, but let’s face it, after eating food from a cardboard box for a week or two, you crave a change.
Getting Skinny Doesn’t Have to Mean Denying Yourself
